Meet Our Founder
Nicole Williams is a professional with 10+ years of career experience in program and project management, specializing in operations, communications, and community engagement. Williams founded Pilar, Joseph & Michaels (PJM) to help businesses/organizations and entrepreneurs build a strong, sustainable online presence and operational foundation through thoughtful strategy, project management, and executive support.
With a background in corporate social responsibility, Nicole has led initiatives that connect businesses with the communities they impact, fostering meaningful engagement and sustainable relationships. Her expertise in leadership support, project management, and operational efficiency enables her to execute strategies that drive success. She thrives in fast-paced environments, applying a results-driven approach to project execution, brand positioning, and community engagement.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, and two beloved dogs, Theodore and Daisy. A native of the Puget Sound, she continues to reside in the region, where she finds inspiration in its natural beauty and vibrant communities.
